Visit Your Loved Ones - Any Time You Wish
Your Visitation/Journey
When you come along for your first visit, wear loose, comfortable clothing (slacks or trousers are good) and bring a pillow.
Allow plenty of time - we suggest a time-frame of approx. 2 hours so that you can thoroughly enjoy your experience, and relax afterwards - whether with us, or in the comfort of your own home. It is important to allow yourself this "you" time - nobody benefits from having to rush off to work, or pick the kids up from school!!
You will begin your session by discussing with Matthew your aims, and who you would like to visit with, and then Matthew will guide you into a comfortable meditative state, where you will practice moving around in your past, reliving some pleasurable events, to aid in focussing your mind.
When you are in your optimum mind-space you will, with Matthew's help, "construct" or remember (or a mixture of both) a place in which you will visit with your loved one.
When you are fully ready
you will be guided through your visit, with Matthew ensuring that your aims are met, and that you have a wonderfully pleasurable experience. When you are ready to leave, Matthew will guide you back to the present in a calm and relaxed way so that you feel energised and rejuvenated whilst being able to remember, and re-visit your remarkable experience.
Clients have commented that for quite some time after the visit, further memories of the visit surface, a smile, a touch, a word, some advice and this is one of the reasons for the "you" time.
Future Visits:
For future visits, the "room" which was created can be utilised for visits with the same loved one, or for different loved ones, and because it will be stored in your subconscious mind it will be even easier to access, and more vivid every time you visit. For future, or subsequent, visits, we suggest between 1 and 1and a 1/2 hours is plenty.
